Abstract A new type of multi-artillery, multi-functional, multi-purpose synthetically-arranged battle group with high-efficiency fire strike system is constructed. The hierarchical structure and weight relationship the are determined by AHP analytic hierarchy process, then inherent ability each performance index calculated fuzzy membership degree theory. These methods used to establish combat effectiveness evaluation model system. analysis shows that, for different damage targets, deployment method efficient battalion has significantly improved traditional howitzer battalion. research results have certain reference value other arms improve their weapon capabilities, conduct joint operations evaluate effectiveness.
